When I was 4 years old, i wrote a note to my dad that said “I love you daddy”. As of late, my father and I haven’t been on the best page. We would constantly fight and argue over the stupidest shit. Friday (May 11th, 2012) i left my house right after school to go spend the day with my girlfriend. I got home and everyone was asleep so I went to bed too. The next day was my prom. There was a pre-prom party at my house and my sister had a 5k run so the day was chaotic and the last thing on my mind was my father. Today (Sunday, May 13th, 2012) I was leaving my soccer game and I saw writing on my dads arm. I asked what it was and he said it was my little sister writing on him in sharpie. I didn’t believe it. He then told me the story, and I couldn’t help but be happy. I know its mothers day but dad, I love you. I’m sorry for all the shit i ever gave you and all the times I thought you didn’t care. I really do love you. Thank you for all you have ever given me.
